All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate notification once it ships.
We offer the following domestic shipping options at checkout:
Free on all orders over $50. A flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders under $50.
A flat rate of $12.99 applies to all Express orders.
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier. Please note that customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically. You can use this number to follow your package's journey right up to your door. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of your order, please reach out to our support team.
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, some factors are beyond our control. Severe weather, carrier delays, and peak holiday periods may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will always help track down your package if needed.
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
